3 Appointments you should do before your Photo Session
Everyone, when they get photographed, wants to look and feel their absolute best. Which is why these 3 appointments are always the first things I recommend a person books before their session with me!
Nail Appointment
This is especially important if we are doing a full brand session. During full brand sessions we will typically capture close up shots of your hands, whether you are holding an industry tool, or working with a client hands on. It’s important that your nails look at least fresh and clean.
Hair Appointment
Having your hair done, not only looks great in photos, it also makes you look more professional. It also boosts your own confidence. When you feel pampered and like you could rule the world you are more likely to look and feel like the true boss you are in during your photo session.
Facial Appointment
Facials aren’t necessarily a MUST, but they definitely help you relax. If you are feeling anxious about your session, I promise you there is nothing to be anxious about. I guide you through poses during the session and I show you the photos as we go. I know some of you might still be anxious though, even after hearing that, so to help you relax and ease any other anxiety go get a facial. You’ll thank me later.
BONUS: Massage Appointment
If you want to feel extra, extra relaxed during your session, go get a massage too. People can tell when you seem a little up tight or uncomfortable in your photos. A Massage will allow you to relax your body and feel more like yourself, rather than being nervous.
If you aren’t sure who to go to for these appointments, don’t worry! When you book your brand (or family/senior session) with me, I share my Style Guide that goes over tips and tricks for styling yourself as well as recommendations for local businesses that I love who can help you with certain styling or appointment needs!
