Extra Details for our Clients
All sessions require a retainer fee to book with the remaining balance due 10 days before the shoot date (30 days before in the case of weddings)
Payment plans can be arranged
All sessions require a $100 retainer (exception of Weddings). Retainers are non-refundable
Galleries for sessions will be delivered within 3-5 business days (weddings gallery turnaround time is 3 months)

All session payments will be made through Square space invoices.

We use a site called N-Vu to host all our Client Galleries with. When your gallery is ready to view you will receive an email from Regan with a link to download your photos. With that link you will also be able to purchase many different types of prints of your photos straight from your photo gallery. If you lose the email with your link simply go to our website, under the information heading and click on the Client Access from the dropdown. There it will bring you to our client gallery access page & you will be able to search for your session there.

If there are signs of inclement weather before your session, then Regan will work with you to reschedule your shoot! If there are inclement weather situations during your session, then we will work together to make adjustments to our session.

Fortis Media works hard to provide their clients with the best services that they can offer, which means that they spend time even before the time of the designated session on planning the details for the session. Therefore, if the client chooses to cancel the shoot, the retainer fee plus any other payments received will be non-refundable.
At Fortis Media we also understand that events & sessions will need to be rescheduled from time to time. We allow for our clients to reschedule their shoot one time with no fee if the originally scheduled date does not work out for the client.
