All session payments will be made through Square space invoices.
All sessions require a $100 retainer (Wedding retainer is $500) or payment in full at time of booking. The remaining payments (if session was secured via a retainer are due 10 days before your shoot date). Your date is not confirmed in our calendar until a retainer and signed contract is made.

If there are signs of inclement weather before your session, then Regan will work with you to reschedule your shoot! If there are inclement weather situations during your session, then we will work together to make adjustments to our session.

At Fortis Media, we put time and care into planning your session well before the shoot. For this reason, the retainer and any payments made are non-refundable if you cancel. We do, however, understand that things come up—you may reschedule your session once at no extra cost.

Regan will provide you with what is called a “Style Guide” that you can read through to see what you should and shouldn’t wear. If you still have questions about what to wear we are happy to help you figure it out!

Galleries for sessions will be delivered within 3-5 business days (weddings gallery turnaround time is 1 month). We use a site called N-Vu to host all our Client Galleries with. When your gallery is ready to view you will receive an email from Regan with a link to download your photos. With that link you will also be able to purchase many different types of prints of your photos straight from your photo gallery. If you lose the email with your link simply go to our website, under the information heading and click on the Client Access from the dropdown. There it will bring you to our client gallery access page & you will be able to search for your session there.

Earn a $25 credit for every person you refer who books with me within one calendar year of your referral date.
Terms & Conditions:
You can stack credits up to $75 total (3 referrals).
The referral must book within 1 year of when you referred them.
Credits can be applied to Weddings, Family Sessions, or Bold Collection Brand Packages only.
Credits expire 2 years from the issue date.
Credits cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
