DiscoveryWhen you are ready to elevate your online visual presence, we will start with a discovery call to clarify your business goals and brand direction. From there, I will recommend the right Membership tier, Ignite, Elevate, or Momentum, based on the strategy that will create the most impact for your West Michigan business.
Planning and StrategyWe never walk into a session without a plan. Each quarter, we meet for a strategy call to align your upcoming brand photography session with your business goals, giving you access to our full Membership portal and exclusive resources designed to keep your West Michigan business moving forward with clarity and impact.
Session Days & Creation On session day, we follow a strategic shot list to capture intentional brand photography, headshots, or video content aligned with one clear goal, while still leaving space for creative moments. Whether we are updating team headshots one quarter or creating social media reels the next, each session is focused, efficient, and built to move your business forward.
Delivery & ImplementationOur business photography Members receive their finalized galleries within three to five business days, complete with a commercial use license and a simple Implementation Guide to help you use your images with confidence. If you need additional support, we also offer hands on VIP Implementation Day services to ensure your West Michigan brand photos are put to work effectively and strategically.

Here is how it works:

Once we know exactly what your businesses visual and marketing needs are, we start with a welcome packet, some other neat resources, and 20+ question client onboarding questionnaire.
Then we get together in person and talking through the goals you have for your business long term and go over the questions you answered in the questionnaire. -
Because the membership is a year long commitment, we have built in strategy sessions before every new session. This ensures that we are keeping on track with your visual and marketing goals. This is where we can make adjustments as needed.

Creation (Sessions) days are the part where we can make your vision come to life! We focus on capturing what we discussed during our Strategy sessions, while still leaving a little room for some creativity as it strikes us!

Depending on which membership you choose, you will receive 2-6 new photo/video galleries throughout your time as a member. I usually deliver these galleries within 3-5 business days.
