Radiant Reset: Who we do it for?
Radiant Reset it’s all about building up the local community. It’s about building up female entrepreneurs in The West Michigan area. Our goal with creating radiant reset was to inspire female entrepreneurs to be the most radiant and beautiful version of themselves while serving their clients.
Back in 2024 Pam and I had a vision of bringing like-minded female entrepreneurs into a room not just to capture pretty head shots but to sit and listen to each other and encourage each other through all that a small Business can throw at you.
In 2025 we were able to execute that vision with our first ever radiant reset event. We opened up the room to eight female entrepreneurs. Seven female entrepreneurs signed up within the first week of releasing the tickets. And that is when Pam and I knew we were on to something.
While we are happy to invite any woman into this room we’ve created our heart is in serving female, solo entrepreneurs or female entrepreneurs who have small teams and businesses. The space is for female entrepreneurs to come and take a break from serving everyone else around them and to be served instead.
Radiant Reset is about building community among female entrepreneurs in West Michigan by creating a space where women can connect, encourage one another, and step away from the demands of running a business. Created from a shared vision in 2024 and launched in 2025, the event is designed especially for solo entrepreneurs and women with small teams to pause, be cared for, and leave feeling refreshed, encouraged, and radiant.
