SESSION GOAL:
Andrew wanted to capture some photos of his home inspection business so that he could use them to update his website and social media content. He wanted the photos to show him (headshots) and him talking to a client about their home, him checking out different locations in a clients home, writing reports, and taking photographs, that can help his client identify potential issues with a home they are trying to buy.

ABOUT THE SESSIONAndrew is the owner of Legacy Inspection Services, offering his Inspection services to the locals of Holland, Zeeland, Grand Haven and surrounding areas. Andrew takes pride in his job as a home inspector and he does a spectacular job at it. In fact, he inspected my first home back in 2024. He does a great job of being thorough, sharing his honest findings and insights into the home you want to buy. He leaves no stone unturned and truly cares about taking care of his clients. Which is why I was super excited when he told me he was quitting his full time job and taking his Home Inspection business (which he had been running on the side for a few years) and turning it into his full time gig.
Andrew knew that he wanted his headshots to be in and around downtown Holland so that locals who know the area would feel more at ease and more familiar with him and where he serves. He also knew that he wanted to use a local clients home in Grand Haven to capture how he helps and interacts with his clients during a home inspection. We started our shoot day in Holland and I made sure that we had an easy schedule to follow (as outlined in the Session Guide I made for Legacy Inspection Services), so that we could then capture photos at the clients home in Grand Haven and end with Andrew climbing the roof of the home for some awesome drone shots. As I had seen Andrew in action before when it came to inspecting my home, it was really cool being able to take what I already knew about his business and translate that into photos that could help show potential new clients how Andrew makes home inspections easy and stress free.
