Consistent, On-Brand Visuals Made Easy with a Photo Membership

Your Photo membership brand session isn’t just a photo shoot—it’s a content goldmine. Here’s how to get the most out of your Membership shoots.

Let’s start by talking about the membership. Our Business Photo Membership isn’t just about creating some pretty pictures for your business. It’s about taking those photos and completely changing the way you market to your ideal client. I take the time to get to know your brand and business and help you create images that show exactly who you are to your ideal client. From updated headshots, to custom stock images, to behind the scenes videos, we capture what it means to be in your shoes and to serve your clients. The membership allows us to take some time each business quarter and focus on one specific style of photo that you need for your business. This can be those headshots, those stock images, those behind the scenes images and videos, or maybe some aerial views (if you have a physical location you work from).

Let’s talk about how you can use the images from your quarterly sessions!

  1. Profile Photos & About Sections - Your headshots aren’t just for you to have in case you want to put them on your personal Facebook Profile to show your are a business owner. We are seeing more and more that if you want to stand out in your industry you got to show up as you all over your business pages! I know that this is difficult (even I struggle with this sometimes). But it starts with you putting your new headshot or your team’s photo on your business profile. Take that headshot or team photo and replace your page profile photo on your Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, X, and any/all social medias that your business is present on. I have said it before and I’ll say it again. It is super important to have an “about us” section on your social medias and website(s)! Your about Section on your website shouldn’t just be a little blurb of how your business came to be! It should include that, plus some information about you as a business owner (sprinkle in some fun facts, everyone loves fun facts), and some information about each of your team members. Include your headshot/team photos in that about section. Your client wants to know who they are going to be working with, so make sure you have a clean and concise about section with images that show your business team!

  2. Social Media & Newsletter/Blog Posts - After you have updated your Profile photo and your about section take your profile photo and either create a more social media styled about section (or honestly you could just copy & paste your about section from your website if you are short on time) and make a post on all your relevant social medias. Create that post and then pin it to your profile on Instagram & Facebook so that it shows up at the top of your profile when a new person visits your page. If you don’t have a blog/newsletter on your website I have to urge you to get it going now! It’s super important to have one (that might have to be my next newsletter post). You can use the images I create for you on your newsletter/blog so that your newsletters aren’t just a spew of words. They can help create dimension in your blog posts. Using professional images in your blogs also helps build up your credibility and professionalism.

  3. Online Product Catalog / Store front - Let’s say that you are a business that sells more products than you do services. Those products that you sell are typically going to be unique to your particular business right? Then why not have some creative images that showcase the products that you are selling! Creative images of your products not only helps you look more professional in the eyes of your consumers, but makes your products more appealing to them too, which means more sales. Product photos can be used for not just your online store front, but can be put on Instagram and Pinterest, for example, with links in the photos that bring the customers back to your website where you sell the products.

  4. Pricing/Service Guides & Client Welcome Sequences - This is more for my service based businesses! If you have a pricing guide that outlines your services with some images that help enforce what it is that you provide, it creates credibility for you and helps ease customer minds about hiring you. Similarly, these images can build confidence in your client, if they have decided to hire you already and you have some sort of client welcome packet or online client welcome guide, so that they feel that they have made the correct decision in hiring you for [insert your service here].

  5. Lead Magnets - Lead magnets, if you don’t know what they are, they help to build your email list & nurture potential new clients. Examples of this would be Free Downloadable PDF’s, eBooks, or quick guides on a specific topic that pertains to your specific industry. When you create these it allows new clients to experience a taste of the expertise you possess and helps them judge whether they feel they can trust you with their money. Adding images from our photo sessions together helps to give some creative visual elements to your magnets. It helps to kickstart your client’s imagination when they think about what it is like to work with you or buy a product from you.

A quarterly business photo membership make it easier to effortlessly and continuously show up for your clients time and time again.
