Please fill out this application if you're genuinely interested in participating in the Fortis Media Business Photo Membership Soft Launch Trial, taking place during Q3 and Q4 of 2025.

I’m looking for three amazing businesses to take part in this exclusive trial phase as we prepare to officially launch the full Membership in 2026.

How the Trial Will Work 

Applications close on July 7. Selected applicants will be contacted by July 8 and must confirm participation by July 10.

Note 1: Discounted Trial Rate

This trial will be offered for a significantly discounted rate compared to our standard Membership.

• Trial Membership Fee: $1,000 (Two Payments of $500)

• Standard Value of This Offer: $1,800 - YOU SAVE $800

Note 2: What to Expect If You’re Selected

If you’re chosen, here’s how the process will unfold:

✅ Initial Consultation Call
We’ll begin with a strategic consult to go over:

• Trial details and expectations

• A few follow-up questions

• Contract and payment confirmation

• Your brand strategy and “Photo Wishlist”

✅ Session Scheduling
We’ll map out three session dates during the consultation. Since this trial spans only the final 6 months of 2025, we’ll be intentionally packing in the value.

✅ What’s Included in the Trial

• 2 brand photography sessions (40+ images per session) 

• 1 consult/strategy call

• 1 end-of-year Strategy Coffee Date (early December, before the holiday season kicks off)

✅ Post-Trial Check-In
After your final session, we’ll sit down to review your experience and talk through what’s next—whether that’s renewing for 2026 or heading in a new direction. No pressure, just clarity.

Note 3: Guidelines & Expectations

To be part of the trial, you’ll need to agree to the following:

1. Commit to full participation in the Q3 & Q4 2025 trial
   (Includes: 3 photo sessions, 1 consult call, and 1 end-of-year strategy meeting)
   → Commitment contract due by July 10th

2. Allow one session to focus on brand headshots

3. Allow one session to creatively highlight your product and/or services

4. Allow behind-the-scenes footage to be captured at each session

5. Maintain open communication via text or phone for planning and coordination

6. Write a thoughtful Google review about your experience
   (Templates will be provided to make this easy)

7. Complete two feedback forms
   → One mid-trial (August) and one post-trial (December)

8. Sign a marketing usage agreement so Fortis Media can showcase your images
   (Required to participate in the trial)

9. Follow Fortis Media on Instagram and Facebook, and tag us when you share images or videos online
